Business Visa when filming in Brazil.

DSC01494-300x199

As of October 1, the requirement for visitor visas for citizens of the United States, Australia, Canada and Japan will resume.

You do not need a business visa to come to Brazil for filming if you are from most countries in EU or Mercosul for trips of up to 90 days a year.

Upon arrival you must be able to show that:
1.your passport is valid for at least six more months;
2.your passport is going to be valid on the date of your return;
3.you are financially capable of maintaining yourself during your intended stay in Brazil;
4.you have hotel reservations, lodging arrangements;
5.you must be able to answer questions about your intended activities;
6.you are going to leave Brazil before your maximum permitted stay (return tickets are usually considered a proof that you have arrangements to leave the country).
